USPTO Fees to Increase Starting Oct. 2, 2020

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is setting or adjusting patent fees for Fiscal Year 2020. All changes to the fees will go into effect on October 2, 2020 except the Non-DOCX filing surcharge which will go into effect on January 1, 2022.
