Ricky is an of counsel with the firm and an intellectual property attorney with over 10 years of experience focusing on patent preparation and prosecution.  Ricky specializes in prosecuting complex high‑technology patent portfolios, leveraging deep technical knowledge in software, cloud computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and power supply technologies to secure robust intellectual property protection.  Ricky is a native speaker of Hindi and is also conversational in French.

Ricky is admitted to practice in Minnesota, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Ricky obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law on a full scholarship, his B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota, and his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
