Jennifer Lin

Jennifer is an of counsel with the firm and is an intellectual property attorney with over 10 years of experience.  Jennifer has worked in-house for a manufacturer of power semiconductors and sensors and for law firms specializing in intellectual property.  She has a wealth of experience preparing and prosecution of patent applications and trademark applications and conducting due diligence, patentability, invalidity, infringement, and freedom-to-operate studies.  Her technical expertise covers semiconductors, optical networks, simulation systems, autonomous vehicles, personal computing devices, CPAP devices, image capture systems, neural networks, etc.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Jennifer obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law and her B.S. in physics, with honors, from Rutgers University.
